Fried vegetables

All the ingredients included in this recipe support female hormones balance, cortisol balance, thyroid function (except broccoli and perimenopause/menopause symptoms .
If you suffer from hypothyroidism, replace broccoli by spinach.

Ingredients
1 handful of broccoli , steamed for 8 minutes (replace broccoli by 2 handfuls of spinach , steamed for 4 minutes , if you suffer from hypothyroidism)
1 handful of green beans, steamed for 25 minutes
1 sweet potato, cut into pieces, steamed for 20 minutes
1 courgette, cut into small pieces
1 table spoon of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 of a teaspoon of paprika
1/3 of a teaspoon of cumin
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of salt
1 handful of coriander, chopped
Method
Put the courgette pieces in a frying pan with olive oil , and fry it for 10 minutes at medium heat and keep on mixing it.
Then , add the steamed broccoli ( or spinach ) , green beans , pieces of sweet potato, garlic, paprika, cumin , salt and pepper, mix it and fry it for 10 minutes at medium it.
Put it in a plate and add chopped coriander on top.
