Fried vegetables

All the ingredients included in this recipe support  female hormones balance, cortisol balance, thyroid function (except  broccoli and perimenopause/menopause symptoms . 

If you suffer from hypothyroidism, replace broccoli by spinach.



Ingredients

  • 1 handful of broccoli , steamed for 8 minutes (replace broccoli by 2 handfuls of spinach , steamed for 4 minutes , if you suffer from hypothyroidism) 

  • 1 handful of green beans, steamed for 25 minutes 

  • 1 sweet potato, cut into pieces, steamed for 20 minutes 

  • 1 courgette, cut into small pieces

  • 1 table spoon of olive oil 

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped 

  • 1/3 of a teaspoon of paprika

  • 1/3 of a teaspoon of cumin 

  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 1 pinch of salt 

  • 1 handful of coriander, chopped 




Method

  1. Put the courgette pieces  in a frying pan with olive oil , and fry it for 10 minutes at medium heat and keep on mixing it.


  2. Then , add the steamed broccoli ( or spinach ) , green beans , pieces of sweet potato, garlic, paprika, cumin , salt and pepper, mix it and fry it for 10 minutes at medium it. 


  3. Put it in a plate and add chopped coriander on top.


  4. Enjoy
