Cancellations

• Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance: full refund or reschedule
   

• Less than 24 hours: no refund, rescheduling only at our discretion
   

Refunds
Refunds are not available once a session has been completed or a programme has begun. Refunds for unused services may be granted case by case.
