Cod with Cooked Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
200 g of cod
Half a lemon , squeezed
2 garlic cloves , grated
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Fresh coriander , chopped
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves , chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Method
Wash the cherry tomatoes
Put it in a sauce pan with chopped garlic , olive oil , salt , black pepper
Cover it and cook for 25 minutes at low temperature .
Put the cod in a big bowl , add half squeezed lemon , grated garlic , cumin , salt , black pepper , mix it and let it stand for 15 minutes .
Put it in a frying pan , cook it covered for 5 minutes .
Put the cod and cherry tomatoes in a plate and add fresh coriander on top of it .
