Cod with Cooked Cherry Tomatoes

All the ingredients included in this recipe support  female  hormones balance, cortisol balance, thyroid function and perimenopause/menopause symptoms 



Ingredients

  • 200 g of cod

  • Half a lemon , squeezed

  • 2 garlic cloves , grated

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 

  • 2 pinch of cumin

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch of black pepper 

  • Fresh coriander , chopped 

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes 

  • 2 garlic cloves , chopped 

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil 

  • 1 pinch of salt 

  • 1 pinch of black pepper 






Method

  1. Wash the cherry tomatoes 


  2. Put it in a sauce pan with chopped garlic , olive oil , salt , black pepper 


  3. Cover it and cook for 25 minutes at low temperature .


  4. Put the cod in a big bowl , add half squeezed lemon , grated garlic , cumin , salt , black pepper , mix it and let it stand for 15 minutes .


  5. Put it in a frying pan , cook it covered  for 5 minutes .


  6. Put the cod and cherry tomatoes in a plate and add fresh coriander on top of it .


  7. Enjoy
