Budwig breakfast

All the ingredients included in this recipe support sex hormones balance, cortisol balance, thyroid function and perimenopause/menopause symptoms.




Ingredients ( serves: 16 balls )

  • 1 yoghurt lactose free or 1 low fat yoghurt 

  • half a squeezed lemon 

  • 1/4 a teaspoon of curcuma

  • 1/4 a teaspoon of ginger

  • half a teaspoon of molasses 

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds oil 

  • 2 tablespoons of oat bran or unsweetened granola 

  • fruits of your choice : berries / apple / pomegranate seeds / kiwi ….

  • optional : few almonds / walnuts / cashew nuts 



Instructions

  1. Mix yoghurt , lemon , curcuma , ginger , flaxseeds oil , in a bowl for 3 minutes . 

  2. Add oat bran / unsweetened granola on top of the mixture 

  3. Add fruits of your choice 

  4. Enjoy!
