All the ingredients included in this recipe support sex hormones balance, cortisol balance, thyroid function and perimenopause/menopause symptoms.

Ingredients ( serves: 16 balls )
1 yoghurt lactose free or 1 low fat yoghurt
half a squeezed lemon
1/4 a teaspoon of curcuma
1/4 a teaspoon of ginger
half a teaspoon of molasses
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds oil
2 tablespoons of oat bran or unsweetened granola
fruits of your choice : berries / apple / pomegranate seeds / kiwi ….
optional : few almonds / walnuts / cashew nuts
Instructions
Mix yoghurt , lemon , curcuma , ginger , flaxseeds oil , in a bowl for 3 minutes .
Add oat bran / unsweetened granola on top of the mixture
Add fruits of your choice
