Aichimi

This recipe is the twist on the traditional Sashimi dish inspired by Aicha’s time in Japan.


All the ingredients included in this recipe support  sex hormones balance, cortisol balance , thyroid function ( except shive and spring onions ) and perimenopause/menopause symptoms.  If you suffer from hypothyroidism , do not use shive and spring onions.









Ingredients

  • 200 grams of fresh organic salmon, cut into small pieces

  • Half of an avocado, cut into small pieces 

  • A hand full of fresh coriander and shive, chopped

  • 2/3 spring onions, chopped 

  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped 

  • 1 table spoon of sesame oil 

  • 1 table spoon of tamarind sauce 

  • Half of a tea spoon of wasabi paste 


  • 1 cup of black rice 

  • 1 tea spoon of olive oil




Method

  1. Put the small pieces of salmon and avocado in a bowl.


  2. Seasoning: Put the chopped coriander , shive , spring onions, garlic and sesame oil , tamarind sauce and wasabi paste in another bowl and mix it.


  3. Pour in the seasoning on the top of salmon and avocado and mix it all .


  4. Put the black rice in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes . Drain the black rice into a bowl and mix it with olive oil 


  5. Enjoy!
