This weekend, I had the privilege of leading a healing and energizing morning of yoga in support of Art of Hope. It was a beautiful gathering filled with inspirational women coming together to breathe, move, and reconnect—with themselves and with one another.
Our session focused on finding inner and outer glow through mindful movement, intention, and community. What made the morning truly meaningful, though, was its purpose: supporting Art of Hope’s trauma-relief work for refugees, internally displaced individuals, and host communities affected by war and conflict.
Sharing space with so many compassionate, powerful women reminded me how deeply interconnected our healing is. When we take care of ourselves, we strengthen our ability to show up for others—near and far.
I left feeling grateful, grounded, and inspired. Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this mission of hope.
